Ordering & Shipping

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes. We provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada.

Q: Where do you ship?

A: We ship to all U.S. states and territories, and all Canadian provinces. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of these regions.

Q: How long will delivery take?

A: Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Estimated transit times after processing:

• United States: 3-5 business days

• Canada: 5-7 business days

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email from info@sacucany.sbs with a tracking link.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You can return items within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags, unless they arrived defective.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?

A: No. We offer free returns for all U.S. and Canadian orders. A prepaid label will be sent after you initiate a return.

Q: How do I start a return?

A: Email info@sacucany.sbs with your order number, and we will provide instructions and a prepaid label.

Q: When will I get my refund?

A: After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 1-2 business days. The funds typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days.
